We expect our clients to apply themselves diligently and engage with our content fully before requesting refunds. We believe in taking full responsibility for results — and that includes both our delivery and your implementation.

However, in select circumstances, we offer no-questions-asked refunds at our sole discretion. This includes obvious situations such as duplicate purchases or unintentional transactions.
